I listened to your audio of this and I don't advocate that version. I think you would like to really begin to see the stretches and not just listen to the descriptions on how to do it. When I am on The subject in the audio narration I will say that at the beginning it seemed like the audience was a geriatric crowd so I felt on the outside of that.T
